Upgrade from ACT to SalesLogix CRM
SalesLogix was developed by the same team who developed ACT. The ACT product family was developed primarily as a solution geared to improve customer interaction and personal productivity. However, it was never developed as a comprehensive and fully functional CRM system for sales, marketing, and support and customer service for the whole organisation.
ACT does not have the full range of CRM features that SalesLogix does. SalesLogix allows for all departments, sales, marketing, service and support, management and it to have a 360-degree view of the customer.
If you already have your data in ACT, you can upgrade this data directly into SalesLogix. Many SalesLogix customers have migrated from ACT over the years to experience the many benefits and increased value from a single database CRM solution.
